Q: What positions are available?

Q: What is the pay range and compensation package?

A: The pay range depends on the position and your experience.  We pride ourselves on having some of the highest pay rates in our industry.  Additionally we offer a great benefits package with medical & dental plans, 401K with a company match, life and disability insurance and paid vacation!  We believe generous compensation package attracts the best talent and helps us hold on to them.

Q: What is the hiring & interview process?

A: It all starts with your submission of a resume.  If you meet the criteria for the position, you will be invited for an interview. Successful candidates will be invited for a second interview.  For field positions, you may be invited to accompany one of current employees on the road, to get a better feel of what the position entails.  At this stage, candidates may be asked to complete a set of computer based exercises.  After making a job offer, we will conduct background and reference checks.

A: We look for people who are willing and able to learn.  Our industry is evolving every day and we need to be able to learn and stay ahead of our competitors.  We also want people with an entrepreneurial spirit who are self motivated and hard working.  A person who demonstrates flexibility and adaptability will find themselves on a quicker path to growth.  The single biggest skill we need is an ability to solve problems…we all encounter challenges in our work and you need to be able to tackle them head on and put systems in place that prevent their recurrence.
