We’re looking for a Business Development Representative for our Salem, NH location.

EcoSource LLC is a leader in the environmental service industry. We are at the forefront of implementing Green practices and technologies in all types of commercial properties. We are experiencing a tremendous need for our services and are seeking an individual who is willing to grow with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Contact business owners, office managers and property managers, over the phone, Explain the benefits of our services
  • Schedule face to face meetings for our outside sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Outgoing calls (150 per day) to prospects from supplied leads
  • Explanation of our value proposition
  • Distribute marketing materials to prospects as needed.
  • Schedule 4-6 qualified appointments per week.
  • Available part time, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM

Qualifications and Skills

Successful Candidates posses:

  • Prior outbound Business to Business calling experience (Appointment setting or collections experience a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills >Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth professional environment
  • Exceptional Telephone manners
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • 2 or more years of continuous employment history.
  • Interest in “Green” technologies and services

Benefits

  • $15-$18\hr based on experience PLUS commissions
  • Commissions on all appointments that generate sales
